Unbeatable location, caring staff, flexible check in. For breakfast they offered excellent food, such as pastries and cheese. Delightful view of ocean. The beach was lovely. The service here was admirable too. Besides, there was reliable wifi, had no problem with it.

It is just right place to stay, the food is good, and location is perfect near all main attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed all the staff, they are polite people. Hoan Kiem district deserves your attention.

It was the best experience. The view from my room was perfect. The service was EXCELLENT. Breakfast was healthy, savoury and reasonably priced.

Pleasant hotel overall, is has very good service and brilliant location near center of city. The rooftop bar offers warm drinks.

Outstanding staff and excellent location, this hotel is good little. The units are very well decorated, very well decorated. Wonderful breakfast, impeccable service. And close enough to famous lake, the '' Train Street ''.

everything here was fine, i would book again. i liked my long room and the staff were top-class. it was nice having balcony, fridge and soundproof windows. a wonderful beach, superior view. good facilities and the pool was clean.

Good location and staff, easy check-in. Cosy room, luxurious bathroom. Late check out too. Furthermore, public parking was handy.
